Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT or Telecommunication,
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Having good knowledge in networking system,
- Good understanding on fundamentals of TCP/IP,
- Understanding LAN / WAN, Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Configuration and Performance.
- Experience with DWDM, MPLS / Metro-E Technology, GPON / FTTx or Fiber Optic & WiFI based technology.
- Familiar and able to operate network devices Switch, Router, OLT, ONT, STB and measurement tools.
- Familiar and able to operate MS OFFICE.

Job Description
- Responsible in ensuring maximum service availability and handle technical support directly via phone or email
- Able to diagnose and solve technical problems such as core network, site network, networking hardware, etc
- Work in close coordination with Field Engineer, Customer Care and other technical supports in order to ensure Service Level achievement,
- Manage and maintain network and server monitoring system.
