Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Modern Trade sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Manage and strengthen relationships with key modern trade accounts nationwide.
Drive sales performance, distribution growth, and product visibility across assigned channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify business opportunities.
Plan and oversee promotional activities, product launches, and in-store execution programs.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and other KPIs set by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade / Modern Market sales, preferably in Home Appliances/Consumer Electronics categories
Strong sales management, negotiation, and key account management skills.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
Good understanding of retail operations and trade marketing activities.
