We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Partners and Directors. This role is designed for a professional who excels in fast-paced environments and manages competing priorities with precision and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, correspondence, meetings, and stakeholder coordination.
- Organize travel, events, and reporting (timesheets, expenses, WIP/CRM).
- Provide cross-functional and People & Culture support (recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance).
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure policy compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives (professional services is an advantage).
- Must have a valid and updated NBI Clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong experience in managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- High discretion and professionalism.
- Applicants must be capable of working onsite at the designated location in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Can start ASAP.
