Description
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Oversee reporting, controlling, cash flow, AP/AR, and tax planning
- Provide commercial insights to support business decisions
- Drive process improvements and finance transformation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls
- Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams
- Placement in Semarang
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field; CPA or Brevet Tax certification will be an advantage
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years with strong tax exposure
- Manufacturing background is preferred
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations
- Familiar with D365 and other accounting/ERP systems, with strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Based in Semarang
