1. Sales and Business Development
- Promote and sell Jotun paint products to existing and potential customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets, including volume and revenue goals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, projects, and key accounts
- Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and project teams
2. Customer Relationship Management & After-Sales Support
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and account reviews
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Reporting and Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, customer service, and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates
- Support marketing initiatives, including product launches, training sessions, and events
4. Other Duties
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- With a pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills
- At least a college graduate; K–12 graduates are also welcome to apply
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required
