Client Details: Japanese Main Contractor - Factory Projects
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee factory, manufacturing, and warehouse construction projects from site execution through project completion.
Manage daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Monitor project progress, construction schedules, budgets, and prepare regular project reports.
Review and coordinate shop drawings, technical documents, and construction activities with the engineering team.
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project requirements and client expectations are achieved.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Monitor project costs and resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Site Engineer with a main contractor, handling factory, manufacturing, or warehouse construction projects.
Experience working with Japanese clients or Japanese construction companies is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, quality control, and site supervision.
Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Willing to be placed around project area (West Java)
