Located in the heart of Canggu, Bali, Santanera is a vibrant dining destination where Latin American flavors meet European influences and the finest local ingredients. Set across an impressive three-story venue, we create unforgettable dining experiences through exceptional food, innovative cocktails, and genuine hospitality.

We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Waiter to join our growing team.

Qualification :

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter in a busy restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment. Fine dining experience is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, table setup, sequence of service, and restaurant SOPs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Trustworthy, disciplined, and possesses strong work ethics.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Currently domiciled in Bali is preferred.

• Available to join immediately.
