a) Responsible to completing monthly sales target each outlet and brand
b) Provide a great engagement to retail ecosystem to strengthen BAISISI Eyelash Positioning
c) Prepare analysis of business needs in line with sales strategic objectives, adding value to commercial planning activities providing key insights to grow the categories/channels
d) Create Activation strategies in retail ecosystem to boost Sell-In & Sell-Out
e) Carry out the design, Visual Merchandising POSM development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track sales KPI’s in line with Commercial planning key strategic needs.
f) Implement all main trade marketing activations in order to maximize sell out impact and ROI;
g) Help in managing all assets in store and online for the clients assigned in strict collaboration with Marketing, Planning and Commercial Departments.
h) Create innovative projects to support sell out considering shopper behaviors and attitude
i) Looking for a Local-National MT shop for mutually beneficial cooperation
j) Communicating and negotiating with Key Account (Local-Nation MT), Distributor and Account
k) Responsible to control the promo activities at the outlet according to the plan.
l) Monitor and report on competitors activity
m) Ensuring the growth of existing business and generating new opportunities to increase market share
n) Make reports on the progress of sales, distribution and promotions to Sales Manager
o) Handle feedback from Key Accounts and collaboration with Head of Sales to Increase sales.
p) Serve as the primary point of contact (Single Point of Contact) at the management level for existing clients for all needs beyond daily operations.
q) Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Quarterly Distributor Review (QDR) with clients to present reports on the operational team's performance and the cleanliness level of the managed areas
