We are looking for an experienced General Affair Manager who will be responsible for managing company general affairs operations, facility management, vendor management, and employee support services to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing operational support functions within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all General Affair activities to support daily company operations.
Ensure proper management of company facilities, buildings, operational vehicles, security, cleanliness, and employee services.
Manage GA-related vendors, including security, cleaning services, pest control, catering, and other service providers.
Develop and control GA budgets, monitor operational expenses, and identify cost efficiency opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, hygiene requirements, and workplace regulations.
Handle company permits, external relations, and administrative matters related to operational activities.
Lead, coach, and develop the GA team to achieve effective and efficient support services.
