Prepare call reports for every customer visit.
Collect all data required for processing new, renew, increase or modification of credit application.
Assist relationship manager (Team Leader) in preparing credit application report and presentation (if needed) and monitor the approval process.
Conduct necessary administration duties according to P&P.
Follow up the document's deficiency and/or any charges/fees shall be charged/paid by customer.
Maintain good relationship with customer by providing clear and correct Bank's services and products towards customer's needs.
Monitor the customer business performance and credit performance such as business and interest payment via periodic tracking to protect the Bank's interest and ensure strict adherence to loan structure and conditions.
Assist other supporting department such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration, etc in delivering services to customer e.g. time deposite placement, other banking transaction, remittance, loan disbursement/repayment, L/C issuing or negotiation.
Prepare progress report on current processing case.
Periodically, update customer list of the whole team including contract number, detail of facilities.
Prepare monthly achievement report of the team including contract number, detail of facilities.
