• Run the integrated digital marketing strategy. Connect social media (planning and agency execution), paid ads, and KOL/UGC into one plan, so every channel works toward the same audience-growth and sign-up goals rather than in silos.
• Manage the ISMAYA+ social media agency. Direct the day-to-day relationship, write briefs, review output, and hold the agency to its engagement and reach targets.
• Set up, run, and optimize paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google, covering campaign build, creative testing, and budget pacing.
• Manage the full paid funnel. Optimize the path from reach to install to sign-up and bring down cost-per-install to hit acquisition targets efficiently.
• Develop online campaigns together with the Performance Marketing Manager, turning growth targets into combined paid and organic campaigns.
• Run KOL and UGC programs. Find and brief creators, manage collaborations, and grow the volume of user-generated content.
• Own brand reach reporting. Build and maintain dashboards for total reach, IG and TikTok engagement rates, and follower growth, and report performance to the Head of Growth.
• Coordinate co-marketing with the Partnership team to support partnership events, sponsorships, and activations across our digital channels.
