Inventory Controller | San Pedro, Laguna | Full?Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail?oriented Inventory Controller to manage inventory flow, maintain warehouse efficiency, train store staff, and ensure accurate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor stock rotation and warehouse organization
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout and space usage
- Train store team on stocking procedures, date coding, and best practices
- Coordinate restocking and generate purchase orders
- Audit inventory, track discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with store supervisors and management on inventory matters
- Investigate and report damaged or missing shipments
- Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or retail logistics
- Proficient with Excel and inventory systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaborate with team members
