Role Description

We're looking for an HR Manager to lead our people and organizational development. This is a role for someone who thinks about how a company grows its people — building the structures, processes, and development programs that turn a growing team into a capable, aligned organization. You'll own HR strategy and execution across recruitment, organizational development, performance, learning, and people development, working closely with leadership to shape how Intramega builds its human capital.


What you'll do:

  • Lead organizational development — structure, roles, competencies, and how the company is designed to grow.

  • Own recruitment end-to-end — workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and closing the right people for technical and commercial roles.

  • Own the performance management cycle, from goal-setting and reviews through development planning.

  • Drive learning & development and people development initiatives that build capability across the organization.

  • Establish and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and procedural standards that keep the organization consistent and compliant.

  • Partner with leadership on people strategy, talent, and culture.

  • Manage HR broadly — the day-to-day judgment, employee relations, and decisions that keep a healthy workplace running.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with real depth in organizational development, performance management, L&D, and recruitment — not just administration.

  • A track record of hiring well — especially for specialist, technical, or hard-to-fill roles — alongside building people-development and performance programs.

  • Strong procedural instinct — you've written policies and SOPs and made them stick, not just filed them.

  • Sound working knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Management, Law, or related).

  • Bilingual: professional Bahasa Indonesia and working English.

  • Self-starter who can build structure where there isn't much yet.

  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang (WFO)
