Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is growing rapidly in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We are looking for a KOL Specialist who is passionate about influencer marketing, social media trends, and building impactful creator partnerships. 💖
🧠 What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing KOLs and content creators to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance across social media platforms.
🚀 Your day-to-day includes:
- Scout, recruit, and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and creator agencies.
- Coordinate end-to-end KOL campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to content delivery and reporting.
- Monitor content performance and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Manage product seeding and ensure timely content publication.
- Stay up to date with social media and beauty trends to identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights for future optimization.
- Collaborate closely with KOLs.
💄 You're the one if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
- Are familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and the creator ecosystem.
- Have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Have a passion for beauty, social media, and digital marketing.
- Are comfortable working in a WFO working arrangement from South Jakarta
