Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
- Recommend products, services, or promotions based on customer needs.
- Process customer requests, orders, and account updates accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering excellent service.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- With or without BPO experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Willing to work onsite at the Cebu Site.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
