DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prior experience working as a nursing assistant in a healthcare setting.
- Basic computer literacy to access patient records and documentation.
- Maintain and implement proper records management.
- Ensure confidentiality of information and documents at all times.
- Facilitates and assists employees in availing of healthcare services and the accident
insurance claims.
- Attends to medical emergencies to ensure that employees are given the right kind of
first aid medication/attention and subsequent medical services.
- Monitors charges and usages in the in-house healthcare and accident insurance and makes related reports regularly.
- Coordinates with the Safety and Health Committee and Emergency Response Team.
- Facilitates the implementation of the company’s program on drug testing and other health
and safety activities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Must be very organized and customer service oriented.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Must be flexible, resourceful and a team player.
- Preferably 1 year experience in Company, Industrial, Hospital or Clinic work
- Has experience in Medical inventory, reports and APE.
