Job Description:
- Fully responsible for the new and repeated product procurement cycle every month, from idea generation to product ready for sale.
- Conduct intensive market research to discover the latest trends and opportunities in Home Living products using product sourcing tools.
- Find, analyze, select, and negotiate with local and international suppliers (especially from China) to obtain the best price, quality, and lead time.
- Support import process, including customs documents and coordination with PPJK.
- Regularly monitor market movements, competitor pricing, and product trends to ensure the products offered remain relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience in import purchasing, ideally for Home Living products (furniture, decor, household items).
- Experience or deep understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok) is an absolute requirement.
- Strong data analysis skills to read sales patterns and consumer trends (e.g., able to use pivot tables in Excel or simple analytical tools).
- English (conversation spoken & professional written). Mandarin conversation.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has high initiative in finding best-selling new products.
