We're looking for a passionate, highly creative, and detail-oriented Wedding Stylist to join the Aisle Project team. If you have a strong eye for design, love creating unforgettable experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Wedding Stylist, you'll be responsible for transforming wedding concepts into breathtaking realities. You'll work closely with our creative and production teams to design, style, and execute luxury weddings from concept through installation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative wedding concepts and styling ideas.
Create mood boards, styling proposals, and presentation materials.
Prepare floor plans and styling layouts.
Source décor, furniture, florals, linens, and styling accessories.
Coordinate with florists, vendors, and production teams.
Style and supervise event setup on-site.
Ensure every design detail is executed to the highest standard.
Collaborate with the Creative Director throughout the design process.
Stay updated with international wedding and interior design trends.
Requirements
Based in Bali, Indonesia
Experience as a Wedding Stylist, Event Stylist, Interior Stylist, or similar creative role.
Exceptional aesthetic sense with strong attention to detail.
Passion for luxury weddings and event design.
Strong knowledge of colors, textures, floral styling, and décor.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work weekends and travel when required.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus.
