Technical Responsibilities
? Technical Troubleshooting: Assist the development and QA teams in triaging bugs, investigating system errors, and isolating technical blockers before escalating them.
? Requirement Validation: Review scoping requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria) for developers.
? Quality Assurance Support: Assist with smoke testing or user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features meet technical expectations.
Project Coordination & Administration
? Sprint & Task Management: Maintain sprint backlogs, track project timelines, and manage task assignments using tools like ERP SprintBacklog.
? Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, technical syncs, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring action items are documented and assigned.
? Resource & Risk Tracking: Monitor the development team's velocity and workload; flag technical dependencies or risks that could delay deployment to the Project Manager.
? Local CDO Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for the local CDO team, handling logistics for hybrid/on-site setups and fostering local team alignment.
