We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in a professional kitchen, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to company standards.
- Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section.
- Ensure all food is prepared consistently and served on time.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
- Supervise, train, and support junior kitchen staff.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
