What you'll be doing:
Handle incoming calls with a warm, professional attitude

Solve customer concerns quickly and effectively
Guide customers through account or plan changes
Keep detailed records of each interaction
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
