1. Workplace Services Management
a. Oversee the day-to-day operations and upkeep of office and event facilities to ensure a safe, clean, organized, and functional work environment.
b. Coordinate and monitor housekeeping and janitorial services, including work assignments, area coverage, service standards, and manpower requirements.
c. Ensure workplace amenities, common areas, and support services are maintained and operational.
2. Conference Room and Event Support Management
a. Manage the scheduling and utilization of conference rooms and event venues.
b. Coordinate room setups, equipment, materials, and support personnel and guests to ensure meetings, trainings, and events are conducted smoothly.
c. Work with internal stakeholders and service providers to address operational and logistical requirements.
3. Cafeteria and Concessionaire Management
a. Oversee cafeteria operations and monitor concessionaire performance to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
b. Coordinate dining area, kitchen, and facility requirements, and address operational concerns in a timely manner.
c. Gather feedback and recommend improvements to cafeteria services and employee dining experience.
4. Inventory and Supplies Management
a. Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and replenishment of office, janitorial, and cafeteria supplies.
b. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure availability and costeffective utilization of resources.
c. Conduct periodic inventory reviews and coordinate procurement requirements as needed.
5. Vendor and Service Provider Coordination
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for janitorial and security service providers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and company standards.
b. Coordinate service requests, monitor performance, and facilitate resolution of operational issues.
6. Employee Engagement and Corporate Events
a. Assist in the planning and execution of company employee events, activities, and workplace initiatives.
b. Coordinate logistical requirements and support services to ensure successful event delivery.
c. Help maintain workplace standards and experiences that promote employee engagement and reinforce the company's professional image and culture.
7. Other Duties
Perform other administrative and operational duties as may be assigned to support business objectives.
