As a Telco Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to subscribers of telecommunications services. You will assist customers with billing concerns, account inquiries, service activation, plan changes, technical issues, and other telecommunications-related concerns through phone, email, or chat while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
- Assist customers with billing concerns, payments, account updates, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot basic mobile, internet, and landline connectivity issues.
- Process service activations, upgrades, plan changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service level targets in accordance with company standards.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and data privacy requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be Highschool Graduate (Old curriculum) or Senior Highschool Graduate
