Provide first-line technical helpdesk support for a US-based dental operations platform. You'll assist customers with escalated platform-related issues through phone, email, and chat, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to knowledge base resources that improve the overall customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Technical Helpdesk Support
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and platform-related issues
- Provide support via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Manage support tickets from start to resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Knowledge Base Management
- Create and update knowledge base articles, user guides, and workflow documentation
- Help improve customer self-service resources
Communication & Operations
- Deliver professional, customer-focused technical support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure timely responses and accurate record-keeping
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of customer service, technical support, or helpdesk experience
- Experience using Trello, Jira, or similar Kanban tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and work collaboratively
