3. Business Partnership
? Collaborate with hiring managers to provide hiring recommendations and
recruitment updates.
? Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
4. Workforce Insights & Hiring Analytics
? Monitor labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
? Analyze hiring metrics and prepare reports to improve recruitment performance and
support workforce planning.
5. People Leadership
? Coach and develop team members to achieve hiring goals and service standards.
? Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
