Senior Engineer, Network Engineering (Telecom / ISP Focus)
Lead and operate carrier-grade networks for WeWatch’s OTT platform, ensuring stable, high-performance video delivery across telecom and ISP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, operate, and optimize IP networks (BGP, OSPF, QoS; MPLS preferred)
- Ensure uptime, latency, and QoE for OTT services
- Work with ISPs on peering, routing, and network optimization
- Manage CDN, multicast, caching, and bandwidth efficiency
- Troubleshoot end-to-end (core → aggregation → last mile)
- Support capacity planning and network expansion
Requirements:
- 3+ years in telecom / ISP / network engineering
- Education background from Master's or Bachelor’s in Telecommunications / Network Engineering / Computer Science
- Strong hands-on L2/L3 networking skills
- Good understanding of telecom network architecture
- Experience with Huawei / Cisco / Juniper equipment
- Solid troubleshooting and optimization capability
- Proficient in English
Plus:
OTT/IPTV experience
Basic knowledge of AI / automation (AIOps)
Certifications:
CCIE/CCNP / CCNA
Huawei HCIP / HCIE
