Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in engineering/maintenance, preferably in hospitality, commercial buildings, or wellness facilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising technical teams.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and facility management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Able to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations when required.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Engineering is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical equipment.
- Lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities including gym equipment, recovery areas, kitchen equipment, and public spaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
