Job Description
Provide technical support for all hotel IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, internet connectivity, CCTV, telephones, TVs, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
Support hotel operational systems, including PowerPro PMS, POS, key card systems, and other hospitality applications.
Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Monitor network performance and ensure the security and availability of IT systems.
Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and system implementation when required.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide technical support to all hotel departments and ensure minimal system downtime.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IT Support or IT Troubleshooting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Experience supporting PowerPro PMS is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV, and basic server administration.
Familiarity with POS systems, key card systems, and other hotel operational systems is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and provide timely technical support.
