What You'll Do :
Welcome and engage customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Provide information about Butterbaby's products, promotions, and brand activities.
Assist customers with inquiries and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Build positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Perform as Butterbaby's mascot during store activities, special events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
Interact with customers, families, and children to create fun, memorable, and engaging experiences.
Represent the brand in a positive and enthusiastic manner while maintaining character consistency.
Ensure mascot costumes and related equipment are maintained in good condition.
Support marketing activations, store events, grand openings, and community engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Guest Relations, Brand Ambassador, Event Crew, Promoter, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
Comfortable interacting with customers of all group, especially families and children.
Willing to wear a mascot costume during designated shifts, events, and promotional activities.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are a plus.
Will be Placement at Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Barat (Mobile outlet)
