About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to become the bridge between our customers and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, excellent service delivery, and a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and working closely with both customers and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Support, and Technical teams to ensure timely execution of customer requests and initiatives.

  • Provide regular updates and manage customer expectations professionally.

  • Conduct product onboarding, user training, and presentations when required.

  • Monitor ongoing activities and maintain visibility through internal trackers and dashboards.

  • Prepare periodic reports and provide visibility on service progress.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Service, Project Coordination, Service Delivery, or similar customer-facing roles.

  • Fresh graduates with strong internship, organizational, or customer-facing experience are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented.

  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Experience conducting product training or presentations is a plus.
