Job Description:

  • Mengelola operasional kantor dan kebutuhan harian

  • Mengontrol stok barang secara akurat (in/out)

  • Menangani proses pembelian (PR, PO, supplier, follow up)

  • Memastikan barang diterima sesuai pesanan dan tepat waktu

  • Melakukan input data dan laporan dengan rapi dan akurat

  • Memberikan alert jika stok menipis

  • Komunikasi dengan vendor  



Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal SMA/SMK/D3/S1

  • Memiliki ketelitian dan kecepatan kerja yang baik

  • Mampu bekerja secara multitasking serta memiliki inisiatif tinggi tanpa harus menunggu arahan

  • Siap menangani pekerjaan operasional, tidak terbatas pada pekerjaan administratif saja

  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel (minimal tingkat dasar) wajib dimiliki
