About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and service-minded Daily Worker Server to join our front-of-house team at Maison Almaz.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, takes pride in delivering attentive service, and is committed to making every guest feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests warmly, present menus with recommendations, and provide professional service throughout the dining experience.
- Prepare service stations and set up tables with proper cutlery, glassware, and condiments before and after service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen or bar, and process payments precisely.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departures and assist in cleaning the dining area to maintain restaurant efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with staff regarding special requests and support team members during peak hours or special events.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum High School or equivalent; Hospitality or Tourism background is a plus.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or F&B service role is preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional with a guest-first attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a lounge or Mediterranean/international restaurant.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairing or Mediterranean cuisine.
