About the Role
We're looking for an experienced KYC Team Lead to supervise a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring high-quality case reviews, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, manage performance, and serve as the first point of escalation for operational concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of KYC Analysts to achieve SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence targets.
- Allocate workloads, monitor queues, and balance team capacity to meet daily and weekly volumes.
- Review and approve complex or high-risk KYC cases requiring Team Lead sign-off.
- Conduct daily team huddles and regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Drive analyst development through performance coaching and continuous feedback.
- Work closely with the Quality team to address recurring defects through coaching and retraining.
- Monitor attendance, adherence, and shrinkage while maintaining proper documentation.
- Identify and mitigate attrition risks through employee engagement and recognition.
- Escalate operational issues such as volume spikes, system outages, SOP concerns, and staffing constraints.
- Support weekly business reviews with accurate performance reports and root cause analysis.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinate with the Training team to address knowledge gaps.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of KYC (Know Your Customer) experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or Team Lead experience.
- Proven experience managing KYC operations and analyst performance.
- Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
- Willing to work night shift with weekends off.
- No active or recent application with Accenture.
