Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales within the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry, specifically in the Indonesian market.
- Solid experience managing Key Accounts or Key Stores with a demonstrable network of retail or distribution contacts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a competitive market.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits and market inspections.
- Experience working with international beauty brands or multinational companies.
- Understanding of local market regulations and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the Indonesian cosmetics market.
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts or major retail chains (KA/KS).
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate distribution deals with local partners, retailers, or wholesalers.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales targets and brand presence are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales efforts.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Travel regularly within assigned regions to visit clients and manage in-store execution.
