QUALIFICATION

• Min S1 Teknik Sipil

• Berpengalaman di project High End Residential

• Menguasai teknis bidang Interior, Exterior , Struktur besi dan facade glass Min 5 tahun

• Menguasai autocad, sketchup, dan Ms. Office

• Memiliki kemampuan dalam planning, monitoring dan evaluasi

• Memiliki kemampuan Problem solving yang baik

• Dapat Berkoordinasi dengan Management Konstruksi dengan baik

• Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bekerjasama dalam tim,

• Memiliki jiwa kepimpinan, integritas, wawasan luas, serta berkepribadian jujur positif

• Memilik kendaraan pribadi SIM C

• Berdomisili di Jakarta

DESKRIPSI (Job Desk)

• Membuat (BoQ) dan draft Penawaran Harga

• Mampu membaca gambar kerja dan mampu membuat RAB dan RAP

• Memastikan operasional project berjalan sesuai target

• Cepat menanggapi dan menyelesaikan masalah

• Bertanggung jawab sampai project selesai

• Menghitung dan menganalisa volume kebutuhan material dan pekerjaan (BoQ)

• Membuat proyeksi/estimasi kebutuhan produksi
