About the Role
Waterdecor is looking for an Estimator to support the engineering team on water feature related projects, which will be under the supervision of our Project division team.
This role is suitable for someone with experience or have deep curiosity to learn about the construction, MEP, plumbing, and water decoration industry.
The candidate must be able to manage both the commercial side, and when needed, willing to help on the site execution side of each project.

- Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience using AutoCAD software.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Must hold a valid SIM A and/or SIM C Indonesian Driver’s License and be willing to travel to project sites using a car or motorcycle as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project estimates, BOQ/RAB, and costing sheets.
- Calculate material and labour requirements.
- Request and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare pricing for variation orders, additional works, and design changes.
- Monitor estimated cost vs actual project cost.
- Report progress and required decisions to the Project Director.
- Communicate with clients, architects, interior designers, landscape consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support the Project Accountant on billing, progress claims, and payment follow-up, when needed.
- Attend project site meetings and prospect site surveys, when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, MEP, plumbing, landscape, swimming pool, water feature, or related project work.
- Basic understanding of pumps, pipes, filtration, drainage, and water circulation.
- Experience using SketchUp software.
- Background in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, architecture, or related fields.
- Good communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, and site teams.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willing to visit project sites and site surveys, when needed.
