Job Description:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and learning activities aligned with the school curriculum and objectives.
- Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and participation.
- Monitor students’ academic and behavioral progress and provide guidance and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school staff to support student development and school programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster positive character development among students.
- Participate in school meetings, events, and other professional responsibilities as required.
For Assistant Teacher (Kindergarten)
- Assist the lead teacher in classroom management and daily learning activities.
- Support young learners in developing independence, social skills, and foundational learning abilities.
Qualifications
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior 1–2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Possess strong character, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Have a passion for working with children and young learners.
- Be in good physical and mental health.
