Job Description
Identify new business opportunities within industries that require transportation and logistics services.
Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver proposals based on client needs, including price negotiations.
Manage the sales database in the company's CRM system.
Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide strategic input.
Job Specification
Minimum education of a D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or Logistics.
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Fluency in Mandarin is required, in addition to proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
