Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting a guests.
- Manage Reservations and Waiting Lists
- Accept reservations via phone, email, or app.
- Arrange Guest Seating
- Ensure the area is always clean, attractive, and comfortable.
- Coordinate with waiters/waitresses and floor supervisors to ensure guests are well-served.
- Provide information about VIP guests, special events, or special requests.
- Handle initial complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a host/hostess or in a front office F&B position (preferred).
- Attractive and (good grooming).
- Ability to operate reservation systems (manual or digital).
- Friendly, confident, and patient in dealing with various guest personalities.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to resolve minor issues quickly.
- Possesses a teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
- Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and national holidays.
- Can communicate in English
- Willing to be placed in Umalas, Bali
