This position is responsible for managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administration, including employee registration, monthly cut-off, claims reconciliation, and the efficient resolution of institutional issues. The role also involves monitoring employee benefits and welfare programs, such as night shift and overtime meals, clinic services, nursery rooms, and other related facilities. In addition, the position is responsible for monitoring and following up on employee grievances, overseeing corporate legal and licensing projects, and maintaining expatriate (TKA) data and work permits.
Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in payroll, employee welfare, or legal administration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filters, PivotTables, and lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to build good working relationships with government institutions, management, and employees.
- Preferably based in Yogyakarta.
