Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to management and internal stakeholders on daily business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and cooperation arrangements.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the technology and fintech industries, including corporate legalities and licensing (AHU, OSS, OJK, and BI)
- Handle corporate legal matters, including company licensing, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company’s business.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulators, and relevant third parties when required.
- Support risk management by identifying potential legal issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Assist in handling disputes, claims, or legal cases involving the company.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and records properly.
- Support internal policies and procedures from a legal and compliance perspective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Hukum).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Officer / Legal Senior, preferably in technology, fintech, or financial services companies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate law and commercial contracts.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
- Familiar with regulatory compliance and licensing processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience liaising with regulators or external legal parties is a plus.
- PKPA certification (Peradi Special Education for Advocates) is a plus, holding a KTA or advocate registration is preferred.
