About the role
Manage and oversee operational processes for Domestic & International Sea Freight from booking to delivery. Ensure shipment, documentation, trucking, stuffing, and coordination with shipping lines, agents, and vendors run on time and according to SOP. Monitor shipment status, cut-off, ETD/ETA, and handle issues to ensure smooth operations. Lead and develop the operational team while ensuring achievement of SLA, service quality, and operational KPI. Handle operational challenges and coordinate across departments for quick and effective problem resolution.
Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee operational processes for Domestic & International Sea Freight from booking to delivery
Ensure shipment, documentation, trucking, stuffing, and coordination with shipping line/agent/vendor run on time and according to SOP
Monitor shipment status, cut-off, ETD/ETA, and issue handling to ensure smooth operations
Lead and develop the operational team and ensure achievement of SLA, service quality, and operational KPI
Handle operational challenges and coordinate across departments for quick and effective problem resolution
About you
Minimum S1 education, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, particularly Sea Freight / DFF & IFF
Understanding of operational flow for Domestic & International Sea Freight, shipping lines, documentation, trucking, and shipment handling
Experience in supervising/leading operational teams
Accustomed to working with SLA, KPI, deadlines, and operational targets
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
Able to work quickly, with attention to detail, and responsively in handling shipment challenges
