Castaway Model Management (C/MM) | Bali, Indonesia
Castaway Model Management is a boutique international model agency based in Bali, representing professional models across fashion, beauty, advertising, lifestyle, e-commerce and commercial campaigns.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Booker / Model Booker with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience to join our growing team and relocate to Bali.
The Role
You will manage models, develop client relationships, Respond to enquiries and oversee the booking process from enquiry to completion. You will work with international brands, agencies, production companies, photographers, creative teams and Mother Agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client and model relationships
- Respond to booking enquiries and present suitable talent
- Negotiate rates, usage and booking conditions
- Manage bookings, schedules and logistics
- Coordinate with clients, models and production teams
- Work with international agencies and partners
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience* in model booking, talent management, casting, production or related roles
- Strong knowledge of the modelling, advertising, fashion, beauty or commercial industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
- Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented
- Professional written and spoken English
Relocation to Bali
This is a full-time, on-site position in Bali. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate.
