About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist – Medical Imaging AI to join our dynamic sales and product team in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the adoption of our advanced artificial intelligence solutions within the medical imaging sector. As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the technical and commercial bridge between our innovative AI products and healthcare institutions, ensuring that clinicians and hospital administrators understand the transformative value of our solutions. This role is essential to our strategic objective as the preferred provider of medical imaging AI technology in the Indonesian healthcare market.
Key responsibilities
Present and demonstrate medical imaging AI solutions to radiologists, clinicians, hospital management, and other key stakeholders, clearly explaining clinical benefits, workflow improvements, and business value.
Conduct product demonstrations, customised presentations, workshops, and user training based on each healthcare institution's clinical and operational requirements.
Understand hospital diagnostic workflows and assess customer requirements to recommend appropriate AI imaging solutions.
Provide clinical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales presentations, product evaluations, proof-of-concept trials, and implementation.
Work closely with radiologists, clinicians, hospital management, IT teams, and sales teams to support successful product evaluation and adoption.
Support implementation by helping define clinical workflows, use cases, and integration requirements together with the technical integration team.
Provide post-sales product training and ongoing application support to ensure effective utilisation and high customer satisfaction.
Prepare product presentations, technical and clinical documentation, case studies, clinical evidence, and other supporting materials.
Gather feedback from hospitals and healthcare professionals and communicate relevant insights to the product and development teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Radiology/Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related field.
Experience with CT/MRI or medical imaging solutions preferred.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Comfortable communicating in English.
Understanding of PACS/RIS/DICOM is an advantage.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Radiography/Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, medical imaging, or product specialist roles within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of medical imaging technologies, including CT, MRI, radiography, ultrasound, or related diagnostic modalities.
Good understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in healthcare and medical imaging.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical and technical concepts to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with radiologists, clinicians, hospital management, IT teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand product functionality, clinical workflows, and implementation requirements.
Experience in customer needs assessment, consultative selling, or solution-based selling.
High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct, particularly when dealing with healthcare professionals, clinical information, product claims, and customer relationships.
Trustworthy, responsible, and committed to providing accurate and evidence-based product information without overstating product capabilities.
Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, technical, and clinical teams.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel in Indonesia and to other regions as required for hospital meetings, product demonstrations, training, and implementation support.
Preferred: Experience with HIS, RIS, PACS, DICOM standards, or healthcare IT infrastructure.
Preferred: Experience working with radiological societies, clinical guidelines, hospital accreditation processes, or healthcare regulatory environments.
