  1. Mengelola data customer setelah proses pembelian

  2. Menerima dan mencatat keluhan, pertanyaan, serta permintaan customer.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimal D3/S1, diutamakan Administrasi, Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.

  2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang administrasi, customer service, property, atau after sales menjadi nilai tambah.

  3. Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office terutama Excel.

  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

  5. Teliti, rapi, responsif, dan memiliki kemampuan follow-up yang kuat.

  6. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim

  7. Mampu menangani customer dengan sikap profesional dan solutif.
