What you'll be doing
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that foster holistic development in areas such as language, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical skills
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and a love of learning
Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices
Maintain accurate records and comply with all school policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or similar early childhood setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Demonstrated creativity and innovative teaching methods to engage young learners
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
