Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum 3 years' experience handling End to End recruitment process
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Having experience in handling recruitment for Supervisor level and above and also mass recruitment will be advantage
Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:
1. Ensure manpower fulfilment based on Manpower Plan Schedule through recruitment process
2. Ensure New Employee Preparation is managed timely (Document completion and new hire registration)
3. Provide the guidelines to equip Hiring Manager on how to conduct interview and select the right candidate to fulfil the required role within the organization.
4. Provide monthly recruitment report, analyze the recruitment performance & effectiveness, recommend changes to the recruitment process, implements and evaluate changes
5. Provide and manage shortlisted database in order to fasten the recruitment process
