Job description :
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant parties during audit and reporting processes.
Maintain strong internal controls and improve accounting procedures for better efficiency and accuracy.
Supervise and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations related to accounting matters.
Handle intercompany transactions and consolidation reporting if required.
Ensure all accounting documentation is complete, organized, and properly maintained.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Preferably from distribution company
Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger, month-end closing, and reconciliation.
Good knowledge of PSAK / IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
Experienced in handling external audit, internal audit, and statutory compliance.
Proven ability to prepare and review financial statements accurately and in a timely manner.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management capability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Having brevet A/B is an advantage.
Experience in group reporting or multi-entity accounting will be a plus.
Experience in fast-paced or growing companies is preferred.
