As we continue to grow in Indonesia, we are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to help ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, visitors, candidates, vendors, and delivery personnel, and direct them to the appropriate contact person or meeting room.
- Receive incoming packages, mail, and documents, and maintain accurate records of all deliveries and handovers.
- Coordinate the distribution of incoming packages and documents to the relevant departments or employees.
- Arrange outgoing shipments and coordinate with courier services when required.
- Maintain visitor logs, package records, and other front desk documentation in an organized manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls, messages, and inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas are presentable and ready for visitors.
- Support basic administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, printing, and document management.
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers when necessary.
- Assist with general office operations and administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and reliable in handling packages, visitor records, and administrative documentation.
- Comfortable using office productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally and basic English proficiency is preferred.
- Experience in package handling, visitor management, office administration, or logistics coordination is a plus.
