ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who thrives at the intersection of research, product thinking, and engineering. You will lead AI/ML projects end-to-end and work closely with our operational teams to ensure the solutions you build create real impact in the field.
Responsibilities:
Lead AI/ML solution implementation from ideation to deployment, ensuring adoption by operational teams
Visit operational sites directly to gather firsthand data and uncover real business problems
Design and execute statistically rigorous A/B experiments to validate model performance
Reproduce and adapt state-of-the-art ML papers from arXiv to address real business challenges
Translate complex technical solutions into practical tools that non-technical teams can easily understand and use
Actively leverage vibe coding and AI-assisted development tools in your daily workflow
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in ML engineering or AI engineering
Proven track record of leading AI/ML projects from ideation to production deployment
Hands-on experience with statistical A/B experiment design
Experience reproducing or implementing ML research papers from arXiv
Active user of vibe coding or AI-assisted development tools
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with an iterative, product-minded approach
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-team collaboration
Willingness and genuine enthusiasm to visit operational sites in the field
